Giant Noise

Giant Noise is a Texas-based integrated marketing and advertising agency combining PR, creative, and marketing strategy to create newsworthy stories for our clients through earned media, social media management, influencer partnerships, and brand storytelling. 

We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about the latest trends, influencer research and campaigns, and gaining real world agency experience to gain our year-long paid Digital Marketing Internship. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with curating and developing copy and visuals to share via social 
• Assist with scheduling digital content on various platforms 
• Assist with creating monthly analytics reports for clients
• Assist with building and maintaining paid media dashboards
• Researching social media influencers and list building for client opportunities
• Attend and participate in photoshoots when needed
• Organize and prepare influencer packages in-office when needed   
• Attend client events as needed

• Demonstrate exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Demonstrates excellent organizational skills: ability to multitask and prioritize 
• Highly proficient in Google Suite and other appropriate social media platforms
• Familiarity with basic photography
• Familiarity with basic video editing platforms such as CapCut
• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Sprout Social
• Familiarity with basic content creation tools 
• Work well independently and collaboratively with others
• Solve problems effectively, efficiently, and creatively
• Strive to set and achieve personal objectives and goals
• Works to understand industry, terminology and competitive set
• Must have access to reliable transportation and valid driver license
• Preferred candidates will be enrolled in an accredited college or university
• Preferred candidates will be enrolled in a Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Digital  Media, or Communications program 

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Sitting 85% of the time, standing 15% of the time
• Working Hours – 9:00 AM CST to 6:00 PM CST, Mondays - Fridays
• Availability to work as needed on nights and weekends
• Ability to lift 20-50 lbs.
• Regular use of hands and figures for computer use
• Everyday use of vision and audio sense
• Exposure to blue light from computers
• Indoors, environmentally controlled
• Communicate daily with peers, media, and clients
• Ability to maintain cognitive thinking and logical reasoning
